Returns & Refunds Policy

Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How to Return an Item

1. Email us at returns@doctorugoezeherbalshop.com with your order number
2. We'll provide you with a return authorization number
3. Package your item securely with the RA number visible
4. Ship to: Returns Department, No 1 Raji Alabi Street, Off Ijagemo Road, Ijegun, Lagos.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Timelines

• Credit card payments: 5–10 business days
• PayPal payments: 3–5 business days
• Store credit: Immediate upon approval

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Perishable goods like food (if sold by us)
